Southridge Announces Engagement As Strategic Advisor And Has Entered Into A $10 Million Equity Purchase Agreement With A5 Laboratories, Inc.

RIDGEFIELD, CT, February 6, 2012 – Stephen Hicks, Chairman and CEO of Southridge, announces agreement with A5 Laboratories, Inc. to offer strategic advisory on business development, capital structure and introduction to potential strategic partners and/or other alliances. In addition, Southridge Partners II LP ("Southridge"), an institutional investor, has entered into a $10 million equity purchase agreement with A5 Laboratories, Inc., to provide them with significant growth capital enable them to meet the needs of their business plan.

A5 Laboratories, Inc engages in the development and marketing of immune therapeutic applications of Natural Gamma Interferon.
